I used to drink regular soda, but when I started trying to lose weight I switched to diet. Then sort of weaned myself off by only having it with dinner. Now I will have coffee with my breakfast and water throughout the day. Just sort of gotten used to it.

I too have 3 kids (only the 12 & 14 year old are still at home). I work out after dinner. Too lazy to get up early and do it in the morning. I rode 10 miles on the stationary bike and then jogged 1 mile ... and now I get to do some laundry (yipee)

1 hour and 20 minutes left at work then off to the gym (still haven't decided if I want to do the treadmill or stationary bike???).
