I can relate! I think we all have been there- many times. Anyone who has a tendency to gain weight knows what you are talking about! I would like to lose 70lbs. I think we can all encourage each other! Add me as a friend!

I bring the same thing to lunch every day. I get up too early to worry about it. I bring a piece of fruit, 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt topped with blueberries, and a weight watcher smart one or a lean cuisine that is on sale for 2$.

That doesn't sound right. Check your scale, grab some weights and step on and see if it measures correctly. 10lbs in 1 week, you could have gone on a cruise for that!! I don't believe it.

I can relate to the weight struggle. I have lost about 15 lbs by excercising and cutting my calories. I am curious if you have seen your doctor, because the symptoms you described about vigorous excercise and eating less than 1000 calories a day may indicate an endocrine disorder such as hypothyroid.
