You all should really grow up. I am entitled to dictate as applicable per my feelings. I put in 50 hours a week in school, another 30 in work...ALONE. Wasn't looking for ANY sort of response. Just a little off the beaten path. Am allowed to express differently WITHOUT fear of you crazies.

I know I am very much susceptible to eating disorders. The only way I have ever lost weight is from a 4 month binge on cocaine, in which i lost over 120 lbs... Been bulimic for over 19 years, until last year...

Sounds like you need to see a nutritionist AND a psychologist for more of a mental compensation for these issues. You have massive foodie issues that are TRULY mind over matter.

I do vegetables instead of fruit. My caloric intake is set for some 1400 and I generally only take in 600-900!!

I won't waste money on Splenda or an similar product that is process so much!! Sugar is bad enough, if I cant have something COMPELTELY natural to compensate with the caffiene issue, then I would rather have the sugar and just deal with it :)

The ONLY indulgement I find that I can not stop is the coffee with sugar and cream in the morning. But I WAS a 5 cup a day and am down to 3 so that is a plus!

Not college til this fall, however I am on 1200 calories a day and I am only doing 800!! IF you truly watch calories, it is SO easy to follow. You just have to eat correctly to fill yourself up. I have been eating since 8am and I am not even to 400 calories yet, think vegetables. LOW to NO Carolies :)
