Starting weight: 177 (after pregnancy) Goal weight: 155 I'm 5'5" and carry my weight very evenly. I was 145 once and looked anorexic. 155 and my ribs are visible but not sickly looking. I'm going to stick with that weight for now.

It sounds like Whole 30 might be better for me because I might have to cut out nuts too. My son is too young for allergy testing so the elimination diet is how we must go to figure out what is making him sick. And I believe that I wouldn't miss anything except fruit since I LOVE LOVE LOVE my fruits. But I can stick to it…

Welcome! We are about the same height and weight and have the same goal for weight loss! Feel free to add me as a friend if you'd like! I would never judge or criticize in a bad way to make you uncomfortable! You are in the right place, this site is pretty great about having tons of support and resources. Good luck!

I'm 34 so my body isn't quite what it used to be and after having a cesarean section it isn't quite bouncing back to before pregnancy as easily as I'd hoped. I'm exclusively breast feeding but need to be…

I noticed that as well when I started. A lot of people suggested not logging my exercise, but I felt that I wouldn't stay diligent if I didn't make myself log it daily. So what I do now is focus on only the calories I've eaten for the day, ignoring the "earned" calories from exercising. I am on a 1200 diet and try to end…

Thank you! Swimming is a definite on the weekends, I'll put forth as much time into it as I can. Pilates and me didn't get along last time I tried, I wound up with severe migraines (maybe I was doing it wrong), but yoga sounds great! Thanks for the input!

Thank you for the reply! I plan on going swimming this weekend for sure! Figured that was good but can't do it daily unfortunately.
