Just dropping by to say hello. I joined this site to get a little guidance in my weight loss and prepare for my wedding. I have Crohn's disease and often am put on steroids, once the weight is on it is difficult for me to lose it again. I'm hoping that this will help me out now that my medication is stabalized and I can focus on losing the extra baggage.

    I am new here to, just started last week. I'm on medication that makes it difficult to lose weight as well. It can be very frustrating.
