  • I feel sad for them because of the teasing and how it impacts their lives. I wouldn't want that for any child. Yes, I assume when a tween/teen has a unibrow or facial hair, it is because their mothers won't let them remove it. I'm sure that isn't the case 100% of the time, but more often than not, it is. That is fine and…
  • I love it! I would drink it daily if it wasn't so expensive!
  • Can we just stop the myth that shaving makes hair thicker/grow faster? That is a silly old wives tale.
  • I always feel bad for young girls I see with "hair issues" as I call them. Unibrows, facial hair, hairy legs. I usally see it in darker skinned girls ( i don't want to offend anybody) and what I think are Indian girls/tween/teens. I feel sad for them having to deal with that problem, and I assume that their mothers refuse…
  • @ KimberlyHoffx you looking effing incredible! I'd love to hear your story!
  • You seem to be easy to convince.... I've got some ocean front property in Arizona for sale, special price, just for you!
  • I'm sorry but your information is wrong. It is one thing to state an opinion, but this crosses the line. If you want implants, do your research, take time to find the right doctor and consider all outcomes and risks. Don't pick the cheapeast doctor! I will be getting breast implants next year. All through my teen years I…
  • I went through a divorce two years ago. I never once imagined I would be a single mom at 23 with two children, one of whom was an infant, and the other a special needs child. I was scared and had no earthly idea what the hell I was going to with myself, let alone two small children. I think I allowed myself to wallow for 3…
  • I wouldn't log it. For one, its just a part of life. There will be days you don't do much, and days where you go non stop. They tend to balance themselves out. It feels like cheating to me. I don't count all the steps I take pushing a shopping cart at Target, its just something I do on some days. I feel like the people who…
  • It is sexy to a dedicated husband and father! I wish more men shared your passion!
  • I swear I have been trying to lose the last 10-12 lbs now for months. Im 5'4 and would like to be 115 for my Oct. wedding, but then be about 120-123 for the long term. I work out 6 days a week and burn at least 500 cals a day, and try and keep my intake at less than 1100 net, but I guess it is time for a change because…
  • I think it looks like a costume, but as far as being appropriate, its on the line. There are so many other colors, just let the bride be the one in white/ivory/ecru. I guess it would be okay if the dress code is casual. Check and see if the bridal party is wearing something similar. I had a friend wear a purple dress to a…
  • This made me "aawwwwww" out loud. Just keep in mind that ultimately, YOU are the one who resisted the garlic bread, so be sure to thank yourself for that too! Celebrate with a brisk walk!
  • All of the above tips are great, all things I would suggest, but I will go one step further. Waste nothing! I go shopping on Mondays usually, so on Sunday evening, I make a list of all the food in the fridge/freezer pantry that needs to be eaten. This includes all produce, dairy, condiments, meat, leftovers etc. Some foods…
  • Well how much do you have to lose total? I think it is possible, IF you are perfect and stay focused. However, the less you have to lose overall, the harder it will be. If you have 100 to lose, 10 isnt much. If you only need to lose 12 lbs total, 10 will be significantly more work.
  • Why not just plan on eatting healthy and not gaining anything? I think that is part of making health and fitness a lifestyle rather than a phase or diet....
  • You aren't winning any points by calling yourself fat, when clearly you are underweight, and ate very little. I hope your long car trip was to a treatment center.
  • I have the Polar FT4, and I have been very happy with it. It tells me my HR, calories burned, training level and length of workout. It can store the data, which I like because I log my work outs in when the kids are sleeping, not always in a timely manner. I have found the best prices to be on www.bodytronics.com. They…
  • Wow ladies, we are getting super close! How is everybody doing? I'm very motivated at the moment, although frustrated because the scale isn't budging an ounce. I pick up my wedding dress on the 18th, pretty anxious about that! It better fit! I want to see everybodies dress pics! Hope we can all make our goals!
  • Why should he have sent you more money? Sounds like you are looking a gift horse in the mouth. Tuck it away for an emergency and thank your brother for his generoisty.
  • I've never thought of heating up the pb! do you heat the jelly too?
  • Best answer ever. I wanted to say something like that, but I have no tact. Thank you!

  • Carrot and purple cabbage slaw, a slice of killer daves 21 grain bread with light riccota and a poached egg on top. very satisfying and under 350 cals! Dinner is lentil chili with black eyed peas and green salad.
  • I LOVE my mirena! I have had no side effects at all! I get a 2-3 days of spotting at the end of every month, and thats it. Of course there is room for error if it is implanted wrong, and I think that might explain cramping and pain. Of course every body is different, but I've yet to meet anyone personaly who had gained…

  • Why protein powder?
  • Are you a pear or spoon shape? It might be that you naturally hold weight in that area, as do most short gals( myself included)!
  • My main reason currently is 1! A tiny wedding dress! But more than that, I want to be a healthy happy wife and mother. I really adore my life, and I feel like my body should be on the list of things I love. Getting into better shape will only increase my joy!
  • Ditto! I have also noticed that people tend to only enter the calories and fat, with no info on other important things like protien, carbs and most of all SODIUM. I have to triple check everything, and that takes up alot of time. I know that not everybody is watching their sodium levels, but it helps everybody to fill out…
