I measure the popped amount because its more accurate. Say you popped 1/4 cup, but only half of those kernels actually popped. All the old maids go in the trash, so they don't add to your calorie count.

No thanks. There isn't "too much" fat in avocados, beans/lentils are great and the right cuts of pork are very lean. I don't think diets that cut out natural wholesome food are good long term solutions.
