Do you measure the amount pre-popping or post?? So if I put in 1/4 cup and pop it, did I eat 1/4 cup or do I measure how much I ate popped? Thanks to any geniuses who know the answer to this

I measure the popped amount because its more accurate. Say you popped 1/4 cup, but only half of those kernels actually popped. All the old maids go in the trash, so they don't add to your calorie count.0

I also measure post popped for accuracy. I pop enough for others in my house, but only eat some.0

I'm confused because the food diary doesn't specify if it's popped or pre-popped. So if I measured 1/4 cup kernels, that's like 2 cups when popped, which would be 8x as many calories.0

I measure post-popped as well. I don't think anyone eats pre-popped so I believe all the measurements are for post-popped. Its not that many calories anyway until you add your butter, etc.0
