  • It has taken me 2 years to lose 75lbs so far. I can totally relate to what you are saying, I look here for motivation, but unfortunately get discouraged by how fast some others lose the weight. It doesn't help that I am not a patient person either :)
  • I started at 317 a year ago, lost about 10 and found MFP and am down a total of 54 now. It has been slow and discouraging at times but stick with it, you didn't put it on over night and you aren't going to lose it over night either.

  • I take this as a daily multivitamin, I do not use it as a diet pill, I don't expect a pill to increase my metabolism. But the caffiene does give me a boost of energy in the morning. I haven't had any issues with nausea taking the pill either before or after breakfast.
