I don't know about auto logging but I have found a few short cuts. You can create a "recipe" of all your vitamins so you just have to add the recipe to your day. Or you can create a meal and just keep copying the meal to the next day. Hope that helps

Once it is calibrated it should be pretty even. I run with mine on the treadmill and the distances are close to a .01 mile off.

I honestly found my favorite ones at Walgreens. They are a version of a Nike one I used to use. They go over your head and half non padded ear phones go in your ears. I will use the buds only in the winter when I am wearing a hat to keep them in.

I do running more because it gives me personal goals to meet by being able to join in races and know that I have accomplished certain things. I like seeing improvements in my time and distance.
