I'm not 'new' either but I am starting up again because I need to be fitter! I'm not really interested in losing weight but I do want to be more active. If you'd like you can add me and I'll be a supportive friend during your journey :)

That's the same amount as me. But I think that's because I'm lazy and don't do anything during the day! So if I get off my bum and do stuff I can eat more. :) Good luck with your goal! x

My boyfriend says he doesn't mind what I look like or how heavy I am. And he is very supportive when I am trying to do something about it. BUT I could tell that he would get annoyed about me going on about my body issues and problems with my weight. So I decided to actually do something and start watching what I eat ect.…

You have all the same problems as I do!! Except I don't have cheeky children picking up on my body image issues hehe. I'm using this site for the exact same reasons, could we be friends so I could keep track of how things are going for you?

I do this quite often too. I'll be out with my friends and we'll want to go eat something and it's ALWAYS junk food haha. I'm just avoiding taking money out with me so I can't afford to buy it. That's not really very helpful lol but I guess it just takes will power! Good luck!!

I couldn't believe how much I ate during a regular day when I first started logging my food intake. I eat so much crap too, such as chocolate, crisps, sweets, junk food of all sorts. Wow, sounds like a lot of people are in the same boat. I just love eating! I have been making sure that I don't eat more calories than I should but I know that fast food is obviously not a healthy choice. Hi there, I wish I could help with suggestions as I'm a university student, but I used to take homemade sandwiches in and snacks too. At the moment it's the middle of the summer holidays for me, but it'd be great to find out what others take in so I'll keep an eye on this topic. :D
