You know how when you fill out food diary you can check a box at the bottom to share it with other Fitnesspals??? Can the same thing happen for strength training? I did it this morning and there are so many different exercises to type in etc..... Am I missing an easier way?

I have read several posts where people mention that they are weighing in tomorrow. Is this a scheduled weekly weigh in that you have with yourself or a group or at a meeting of some sort?

Wow, this is just what I needed. Valentine's Day is about 5 weeks away. So I weigh 183 right now and would love be 170 by then. Here's good luck to us all and happy eating smart and happy exercising. Goodness knows I have to do that to even consider losing weight. :smile:
