Weigh ins

I have read several posts where people mention that they are weighing in tomorrow. Is this a scheduled weekly weigh in that you have with yourself or a group or at a meeting of some sort?

    I weigh in on Fridays at my TOPS meetings. If you have never heard of TOPS go to the link below and have a look. I am the leader of the Friday morning chapter. My husband is the leader of the Thursday evening chapter. I have missed the last 2 Fridays due to illness. I am going to miss this coming Friday also because I am having a CT-scan that day 2 1/2 hours from here. Hopefully I will be back the week after that. :flowerforyou:
