Pop. Dropped 8 lbs in two weeks just by eliminating pop and sticking to my calories. Drink LOTS of water.

Take your mind off the food and go outside for a walk. Or do one of your other favorite outdoor activities. Do something to get yourself out of the kitchen and away from the temptation. Stay Strong!

i believe it is every 10 lbs you lose it adjusts your calorie intake automatically. A nd if you want to just maintain then you have to change your user settings like when you first joined from losing weight to maintaining weight.

you might want to rethink the diet coke. there are a lot of research studies that have been completed proving that diet drinks in general actually make you crave sweets even more. artificial sweetners especially. you are better off that if you have to drink a pop to just drink a plain ole coke. if you google it you can…
