This is a great website! I found it by looking for apps for my (new) Droid X phone. I love having the ability to use my phone to track my diet, as well as the ease of doing it on a computer/website. I've been mainly tracking my calories, but I'm sure getting some surprises about my salt and sugar intake as well. Maybe when I'm used to the fewer calories I can work on eating less salt and surgar, too. My goal is to lose 20 lbs. I did it once before but somehow didn't succeed in keeping it off. I started to gain weight again when I started dating my boyfriend, so it's "happy fat." Good luck to everyone.

    Welcome to the site, I have found this one thanks to my kids, and for the last month and a half I have loved it.
    It has helped me keep track of what I eat, and the excerise I can do, Love tracking it. Got my boss doing it, too.

    Welcome to the party! I admit my weakness is salt...tho I have found that junk food just doesn't taste as good as healthy stuff does..maybe it's me and it's psychological. You will find many friends here too..
