I think it doesn't really matter, its not an absolute truth that you see them when your thinner. At my heaviest weight of 205, which is 26 pounds from the top of my "normal" BMI range and 50 pounds from my ultimate goal weight, I could clearly see my collar bones. I have noticed as I get thinner they become even more…

Don't go to the gym! I feel like anyone feeling liking they are getting sick should never go to the gym for courtesy of other gym goers. I know we all clean equipment but I've learned enough about germs and viruses to know that it doesn't quite cut it. Now on if you should workout. You having trouble with breathing and…

This may sound weird but its amazing. Put about 10 frozen strawberries, 1 1/2 cups of cold water, and diet hot chocolate mix into a blender. Blend it up and enjoy. It literally taste just like eating chocolate strawberries and since its got water added it also fills you up with a lot less calories than munchin on cookies…

I'm 5'11 and currently 197 pounds. Last year I had gotten down to 170 and I was really happy there but I had still wanted to go down. My original goal weight was 150 but when i had reached 170 everyone was telling me it would look awful because i had already looked very thin and that 160 i could pull off but anything below…

Add me! Everyone else can as well. Weight loss can be a long process and we all need others to help us stay motivated! Its amazing how all those calories add up. Its also crazy how 1200 calories of food that is healthy is a lot more than 1200 calories of junk food. If I was eating the same food I used to on this calorie…

Jalpaneo kettle cooked chips. It was definitely a contributing factor to how I got here :blushing:

This happens to me a lot to! If the sugar is from fruit and healthy choices dont worry to much about it and if your protein is over that's a good thing. I'm at 1200 calories as well, its strange when you switched from processed packaged junk food to natural, its amazing to see how little calories it adds up to. maybe pick…

I totally feel your pain. I lost thirty pounds with great struggle, i happened to binge at least once a week. I got off mfp had a couple hard months and gained it almost all back. I rejoined the weight loss boat 3 days ago. so far so good. Very natural foods and 1200 calories. I know that sometimes it takes failing enough…

It can be for many reasons, including genetics and lifestyle. The more scientific answer for abdomen fat is that when gaining weight, by eating foods to high in sugar, processed junk, etc., the excess goes to the liver (back-up fat storage). Then if you keep the same lifestyle the liver quickly becomes backed up which then…

Right there with you. I lost 25 pounds now and am now a "normal" BMI. I fit into my goal jeans, I know where a medium shirt, and my stomach is way flatter. I still have 20 or so to lose to be the "perfect" weight thus where I think I still feel just as heavy as before. Im 177 ( im 5'11) but if I get asked I almost always…

I swear some people I just want to punch. You are absolutely beautiful don't let them get you down I know its hard but just keep focus. While I was at work, mind you i already lost 25 pounds and was only 5 pounds from "normal" bmi so i was thinking i was looking damn good lol, then this guy comes to ask me for help to find…

I'm also 5'11, go tall women!!! lol I started out at 205 am now down to 178. My original goal weight was 155 but the further I get down the more I think 165 is a better goal weight. For my frame I think I would start to look skeletal if i was 155.

Im losing weight with the nutrition guide given by MFP but I always go above on my protein. A great way to easily get protein without having to be constantly having meat is egg whites and tuna ( low sodium). they are super easy to add to anything. Also the more healthy foods you add the more you will find it hard to reach…

Thank you so much for this post without it I'm absolutely sure I would be lost to why I wasn't losing the amount of weight I wanted

When your muscles get worked more than normal they retain water weight to heal them selves. It does not mean this weight will stay its just till the muscles get used to this more intensive program. Don't fret about it

It can be annoying and used to really bug me but the hell with them. I wear heels now and darn proud of it:happy: the ones that used to annoy me the most by amazon. But I got these two one the same day at work: " Wow your tall, where's the basket ball hoop?" and " Your so tall like screw in the light bulbs tall!" Really?…

I'm 5'11 at I started at 205 and last time I weighed myself i was at 185. I was still in the same size 16s but they did fit better. I started getting more toned and haven't weighed myself in a month but i had to go buy new work pants because my size 16 were falling off and I am now a size 12. Quite a jump if I do say so…
