30 Day Track it or It Didn't Happen Challenge

Hi All! I'm starting a 30 day challenge on June 9th! The challenge is to track your food for 30 consecutive days on My Fitness Pal. I just completed a 21 Day Fitness Challenge where I did at least 30 minutes of activity every day. I wanted to make the next challenge food related because I sometimes find that when I get on track with my fitness, I lose track of food. I'm hoping that I'll find some balance with this challenge. agreed, its hard to get both eating and exercise good for an extended amount of time, i think its a great challenge :happy:0
