So it is normal to not notice weight/ measurement changes that soon? Would taking my measurements once a month be a good indicator?

Ya that's a great idea! Should I just adjust my fitpal weight lower every once and a while? So I make sure my calorie goal is on par?

I am trying to loose weight but maintain muscle I guess. Only looking to lose 10-15 lbs. that's the protein confusion. I definitely no longer have. Natural hunger cues for years of eating lower cal so maybe I should get used to fueling myself the right amount? Hopefully not gaining weight in the process of eating more!!

No I am trying to gain muscle so I should be eating 1 g/ pound. But thank you. Should I make a snack if I still have calories but am not still hungry?

Thanks everyone thats really encouraging. I am 23 and about 10 - 15 lbs to lose and just starting to lift weights and increase protein so really hoping to tighten up and notice a difference! Thanks all :)

WOW I was under eating by A LOT! You think I will gain weight by increasing cals? Or just bust this plateau?
