Week 2: Day 1 done!

Day one done! I enjoyed it! I used five pound weights except for one move. I feel like doing 30ds made this first workout seem a little easier. But I still sweated quite a bit!

I have mine on lightly active since I am still on maternity leave. However when I go back to work I might set mine to active. I work as a nurse and am on my feet and moving around, pulling up patients, helping patients to the bathroom for 12 hours. In the description for 'lightly active' it lists nurse... I was like no way…

Day 1 Level 1 Complete! I used 5 pound weights for most of the time but I did have to put them down for some of the exercises. Glad I got it done early today! Good job everybody :)

Ha, yeah I almost killed myself with 5 pound weights... I ended up holding one with both hands for some of the exercises.

Someone said that a lot of people are logging it as circuit training. That's how I plan to do it. Is this workout supposed to be done every day? Or do you recommend having one day off to recover?
