I mix in different programs between rounds of P90X. I'd do a round of Insanity, then P90X, then 6 or 8 weeks of running, then T25, then back to P90X. I'm in week 10 of this round of P90X and I'm not sure what I'll do next either. The weather is nice so maybe I'll go back to running. Good luck!

When I went on maintenance, I just started eating back my exercise calories every day. It's been working pretty well for over a year now.

I thought it only sucked the 1st week. I started P90X, didn't check the scale, and I only ate what my wife put in front of me. I *****ed every single day! I would say things like, "I'm doing everything you say so if I don't see some results at the end of the week, I'm done." Well, I lost like 9 lbs that 1st week and I was…

You're right, Marvel is killing it this summer. I'd rank them in this order: X-Men, Captain America, then Spiderman.
-
I did 25 before my workout and 25 after my workout. (I have to admit the 1st 25 were much prettier...) I'll get my 100 today for sure!
-
Once or twice a week - I don't really like butter so I just put salt and pepper on them. Love it!

It took me about 6 months to lose my 50 lbs and I've been around this weight for over a year now. I still track my exercise and calories everyday (Almost 700 days now.) Honestly, the most challenging part is eating my exercise calories back every day--If I don't, the weight continues to fall of. Good luck!

Nature Valley - Granola Thins - Dark Chocolate and Peanut Butter They're about 90 calories but they do the trick. I keep them in my computer bag, the car, and even in my wife's purse!

I do not like coffee; but I like my caffeine cold so 3 Diet Cokes a day is where I'm at. I make myself "earn" them. I have to drink a 24 oz bottle of water and do about 15 pull-ups before I get delicious Diet Coke. I'm going to drink the Diet Cokes anyway, this just makes me drink enough water and my pull-ups are getting…

When I eat ice cream, it's Ben & Jerry's. Half a pint = 2 servings, so it's usually between 450 and 550 calories. (Obviously I didn't eat this when I was trying to lose; but I can have it sometimes now that I'm on maintenance.)

Good stuff - Thanks!

Thanks! - I've been really working on them over the past 2 months, so it's nice when the work actually pays off.

I eat the same thing for lunch every day. Peanut Butter sandwich (with Sara Lee 45 cal bread) with an individual bag of something from the Baked Lay's bag. It's about 400 calories.

I'll be doing the Classic P90X. I try to add more weight and do more pull-ups each month. I knew I'd get sick Shaun T because I completed Insanity last year. The 75 minutes/day do not bother me at all--what else am I going to do at 5:30 or 6 in the morning? Good luck with Gamma!
-
WooHoo! I completed Rip't Circuit and Speed 2.0 this morning and I am done with Beta! I'll do some yoga tomorrow, stretch on Sunday and then I'm going back to P90X. 10 weeks of Shaun T is enough for me.

I hear it every time I give blood. (Every 8 weeks or so.) "You're so lucky that your numbers are so good." No, I workout every day and watch what I eat, so my blood pressure and heart rate are lower every time I'm here.
-
Well, I finished Speed 2.0 and Upper Focus this morning and with that, Beta Week 4 is about done. I thought it would be better since the Speed 2.0 was the 1st exercise of the day but no, it sure made the Upper Focus much, much, sweatier!

I weigh myself everyday after my workout. I don't let the # dictate what I do or not do that day, it's just a habit at this point.
-
I've been using 15's on that and feel like I could up it; but I don't know if I could do all the exercises with 20's. Since next week is the last week, I think I'll try it.
-
The only yoga I know is the 90 minute P90X version--for the most part, it's only once/week. I didn't like it at all until about the 3rd month. I was finally flexible enough to do all the moves. That was almost 2 years ago and now it's one of my favorites workouts.

I've had really long hair and pretty short hair and so has my wife. It just seems right when the woman has longer hair then her man.

635 as of today!

Completed Beta Week 3: Dynamic Core + Speed 2.0 Anytime Speed is the 2nd workout, it's tough--lucky for me, it's my favorite workout!
-
Completed Beta Week 2: Rip't Circuit + Speed 2.0 sure wore me out! By far the toughest double to date. Keep on truckin'!
-
It's Cherry Garcia or Mint Chocolate Cookie for me. (I have at least 1 each week--it sure is tough to stop at 2 servings to keep it around 500 calories.)

4-7 DVD’s/Web Videos No N/A No Overall Health

I eat 2 sandwiches everyday for lunch. (1 spoon per slice of 45 calorie bread) Love it!

For those of you in Northern Colorado, Wilbur's (2201 S College in Ft. Collins) is doing a Pale Ale tasting this afternoon between 4-7. (4 beers each Friday for the next 4 weeks.) Enjoy!

You can start out slow; I started with some bands and a pull-up bar. Then I got some dumbbells, then I got some more dumbbells, etc. But I didn't purchase them all at the same time--or during the same round of P90X for that matter.

I finished Beta week 1 today. Upper Focus, 5 minute break, then Core Cardio. Yikes... Almost nailed it. It was nice to get to the new exercises this week but it was definitely more challenging. Unlike Alpha, Beta gets right into the workout--no more easing our way into the workout with knee lifts. Keep up the good work…
