@kcthatsme I sent you a message in your inbox the other day. I missed one weigh-in, but I posted in This and That as soon as I realized, but I was still dropped. Can I rejoin?

Definitely!!

Anyone doing the Bikini Series?? It starts next week!
-
Way to go everyone!! I’m back to 190 from 189.6 last week, BUT I’m also super bloated so I’m hoping that will reverse in a day or two!
-
Woof!! I apologize - I totally set up this challenge and then wandered away, haha This Monday I was at 189.8, which means I'm down ~2 and right where I want to be! Here's some Thursday motivation for you -- 2 weeks down!
-
Today I weighed in at 192.2. Looking to get to 182.2 by Memorial Day!
-
It's going to sound weird, but your eyes look so much bigger! You look great!!

I've followed ToneItUp for a few years now, and always like their challenges. They're ig-based technically, but they started on youtube and have their own website where they post all kinds of workouts. They have a meal plan, which I've never purchased, and they recently created a paid app, but still post their daily…

Still looking for a twin... 5'9" SW: 199 CW: 173 GW: 160

This.^ My weight gain/loss is exactly the same. About 4 days before until 2 days after. It sucks but at least I know it's coming.
-
I would try unlinking and relinking the apps. My steps still show up as exercise calories.
-
I'm definitely in for moving forward! I've just recently jumped on the Tone It Up Bikini Challenge, and will be continuing with them through the summer, so having some weight check-in accountability would be great!
-
I have the fitbit surge and love it! I also love not having to think about entering my exercise in MFP because my fitbit does it for me!
-
Absolutely! I feel like when I was heavier, I felt so defeated all the time (I didn't like how ANYTHING looked on me) so I just didn't really care. Now that certain things are starting to look nice again, I'm more conscious of that and try to wear those things. I don't see it as a bad thing at all. Like you said, I'm not…

Way to go everyone! Making great progress!
-
Congrats everyone! We're all making progress, even if it's slow and steady!
-
I love this. I definitely think I leave too big of gaps between meals, so it will be interesting to see for sure!
-
Congrats @hannahhooter!! And thank you @Mjtckwnow for keeping track of everything... helps motivate me for next week's weigh-in!

Rutterkr has hit the nail on the head about the why.... but I still hate it. I had forgotten about it, as I haven't had a period since August 2015 (I've got a nursing 9 month old) but I just started my first period today, and realized that explains why my weight refused to lower this week, even though I've been spot on…

Completed 1 set after my run for day 2... Can't do full push-ups, so I did table push-ups (Jamie Easton suggests doing full-length push-ups at decreasing inclines as you get stronger, so I'm hoping to get at least to stair height if not floor by the end of the month!)
-
I've signed myself up for a pair of races in late April/early May, so I'm training for them while nursing a 9 month old, and eating at a slight deficit... hoping to continue to see results!

Name: Diana Age: 30 Height: 5'9" Weight: 181.4 as of 3/1/17 Challenge goal weight: 170 (I'm still nursing a 9 month old, so .5 a week is my goal) Ultimate goal: 150 My motivation: overall health, showing my kids that it's good to be active and fit! Plan: logging every day, following my current running training plan (I've…

I get that if I get too ambitious with which notch I wear my fitbit on... if it's too tight and I sweat, I get irritation/raised red areas... it goes away within an hour usually though
-
If I follow my training plan entirely, I will hit 34 miles for the month... so that's my goal!

Yay, another Happy Scale user! It's my favorite weight app.

I've just recently started my journey, but I'm in the same boat as you. I've got a 2 year old and a 9 month old, and a husband who likes to eat. So far I've been able to drop 10 pounds by watching what/how much I'm eating. I use MFP to count my calories, and my Fitbit to count my steps. I go for a walk on my lunch break,…

I've found that even though I'm on medication to regulate, it's still harder to lose. But as long as I eat at a deficit AND work out, I lose like I used to just eating less OR working out before my thyroid crapped out on me.
-
How's the plan going? I just started phase 1 this week, and I'm liking it so far (although my shoulders are very mad at me after today's workout, haha)
-
I just started on Monday - today was shoulders and abs for me... and I'm definitely feeling it! :)
