Most definitely, just finished a run of 3 night shifts and they play havoc with my appetite!! I crave (and stuff) high fat high carb crap.... Hence no food diary for me today!! Oopsie!!

Seriously I am the one on the right (looking at the pic) I have put on 20kgs in a year!!! (Diagnosed with thyroid cancer) For the first ten mins of getting out of bed, I walk like an old lady!! My partner Carla, ( on my left) is 17 years younger
