Where did you get your information about not needing any extra calories during pregnancy? Because that isn't accurate. While you are eating for two, that doesn't mean that you can double your calories of course, but you still need to eat extra, especially in the second and third trimester to support healthy growth of the…

I started Couch to 5k (and I just printed a program from the net, there are TONS of them out there) and on the first day I had to walk 5 minutes, jog for 2, then walk 5. It was all about building up stamina and running for longer periods of time. I did have to repeat days and weeks because I didn't want to move on until I…

Umm . . . I love ranch dressing but I don't eat it because of the, you know, large amount of calories. The alternative the OP suggested sounds awesome. But, this post? I don't keep mayo in the fridge so I can only go by MFP and other random internet searches . . . but there are about 90 calories in just a TEASPOON of mayo.…

I used the training schedule I found at marathon rookie: http://www.marathonrookie.com/half-marathon-training.html I went from my longest distance being 5 miles to 12 miles in 10 weeks, then I completed the 13.1 for my half in 2:30 (I wanted it to be less but I was used to running on the road and this half was on a trail…

Skydiving sounds awesome! It is something I would love to do as well. Hope you have a brilliant time!

Thanks! I've been bouncing around the lower 140's . . . at any given time I'm 142 to 146 which I am fine with. But I do need to do a lot of toning. I would love to get some muscle definition in my arms, thighs, stomach, well everywhere. I've got the NROLFW to check out so we shall see. I am hoping the toning with help with…

I've never had kids but from being consistently overweight I got the belly issues too. Not so much the boobs, despite being over 200 pounds I was still only a B. Now I'm an A, but it looks much more proportional . . . but I definitely wouldn't say no to the tummy tuck. Extra skin is a downer! :)

You can do it! Good luck :). Hope you go someplace amazing!

Nice! I have a cross on my back as well that I got after a trip to Ireland and I fell in love . . . visited some graveyards there and got a celtic pattern. I tend to mark milestones in my life with ink :). Sounds like it will be beautiful!

That had to be soul crushing :(. I am sorry. I want to fly somewhere now just to see how much better I fit in the seats. Before I fit but not comfortably and the arm rests dug into my thighs. You are doing amazing and I hope you get a chance to go back there as the new you and totally rock it!

I do too :). This design was a hybrid of all the designs I liked. This ouroboros body had puny little wings tho, so I had my tattoo guy give him something massive, more fitting, stronger. And those pants sound awesome :)

You definitely need to remind him :) Tell him to get on it!

I'm getting a photoshoot done to, with a high school friend. What kind of dog?

Thanks! :)

Love it!

I agree :). It is an excellent reason to get in a shape and be healthy. I am glad that I became a runner now so that once I decide to have a family I can keep running :). The best of luck to you!

Thank you! I also set up to get some pictures done of the new me . . . but we got rained out (outside location) so I'm trying to reschedule. Sounds like some awesome rewards . . . I wish you the best!
-
Awesome! There are so many things that do represent change :). Where are you thinking of putting it?
-
Thanks! I love it :)

Thanks! I got my first at 18 and this one was actually my 7th (and probably last) at the age of 29. I always make sure it's something I want and I make myself wait a year and then if I still want it, I go for it. This one was hard earned and I love it! Good luck with the tattoos. Fair warning they are addictive! :)

I feel ya! I was so excited when I could finally do that! It's such a great feeling ;).

I don't think it's vain, it's what makes you happy. Unfortunately, even at my heaviest I never carried weight there and I was barely B. Now I'm an A and I'm fine with it. But I've always been small up top and made peace with it long ago ;). You get those boobs so you can have that confidence! I say if it makes you happy,…

5'6 and 145 . . . size 6-8 and other then needing some toning, I'm happy with my size. But everyone is different as you see. Someone could have the exact some statistics and wear a size 12. You gotta be happy with what your body looks like. If 145 looks good on you, own it. If you don't feel comfortable keep working!

bang ;)

Yet again a thread dies just as I reply, lol. C'mon people, show some love (and those bodacious booty's and thighs)!
-
Not quite as bootylicious as I used to be, I was sad to see some of the curve of my booty go . . . . however, the belly and thighs never went anywhere. So here you go . . . neon yellow sports bra and jeans shorts, so sexy ;). :)

Teacher = no showing tattoos. Mine are all easily hidden except on the one on my foot. No cute sandals at work for me. But it's a profession where you are held to high standards (not saying those with tattoos don't have high standards, I have six, it's just that there are still plenty of people who think tattoos are crass,…

Thanks!!!! Loving all the support ;)
