I saw the sign at my 24 hour fitness club in vancouver,Wa. They are having 1 day bodpod test for $50. Tonight, when I go the club I'll check to see if there is a website for it. You also can check the universities to see if they offer the test. OSU in my area does it also.

I did not know there are so many types of push up you can do until I do Insanity-regular push up, V push up, push up with squat, walking push up.. Push ups are awsome. My upper body is way stronger and i don't need any equipment.

Chew gums. It will keep your mouth busy. Chocolate mint SF gum does taste like Choc mint ice cream! Eat more protein. It will keep you full longer and have less craving.

Congrats on your fat loss! I'm in the middle of doing insanity. I'm curious how tough is Asylum compare to insanity since it's only 1 month work out? Since you did Insanity after P90x, did you lose some muscle mass that you earned on P90x?

What kind of weight scale you have? I have a Taylor scale. It gave 43% but on this test I'm 28% fat.

Start recovery week, Max interval sports is not that easy but it's so fun to do it. HRM 132 max 160.

I can do in & out but ski abs and triceps dip are my weakness.

I'm 5'1 180 lbs and size 12. My target weight is 140 lbs or whenever I lose my belly stomach.

Eat IF you are hungry and your calorie is higher than your BMR and LESS than TDEE calorie.

I almost finished with week 4 and did not lose any weight or inches yet :). Tho I have more upper body muscle mass. I ate 1800-2000 cal according to insanity nutrition. I plan to cut down my calorie to see if I can lose some weight.

Bring or leave extra clothes at work in case you sweat real bad. I was losing weight without trying it when i biked to work.

I have no idea. I ate 1-2 T a day for prevent breast cancer. It is a good source for fiber & omega oil.

I worked harder when there are people around the house. When I take work out classes at the gym, I pushed myself to the limit.

According to my HRM 47F 182, I burned around 185 cal. The rest of my work out 350-400 cal.

I live in vancouver, WA also Lacamas lake and lacamas trail are beautiful to go hiking. I used to hiking in all kind of weather until I join 24 fitness club. I'm sure my dogs are sad that I don't go hiking as much as I used to.
