I just read that ground flaxseed helps you lose weight, like it makes you feel full and curbs cravings.......has anyone used this

i just use it in some recipes to replace some of the white flour (i replace half the white flour with wheat flour and then replace about 1/2 cup of the remaining white with flax) because of the nutritional benefits and added fiber/protein etc.0

I read on livestrong Jillian Micheals Web that 1-3 tablespoons a day is good for weightloss my sister in law just started using ground flax but for other reasons and she told me when she added it to a shake she got really really full. Im gonna try it0

I used it alot when doing atkins. Def. is filling. I made 1 minute bread, chocolate cake and pancakes out of it.0

I have no idea. I ate 1-2 T a day for prevent breast cancer.
It is a good source for fiber & omega oil.0 -
I have used it on myself and my children when they were constipated.. TMI It is a good source of fiber etc. I just add it to everything sauces, meat, cereal, cottage cheese, drinks, like smoothies etc. Try it!!!! YOu might like it Mikie. LOL0
