Hey there....you look great! You really don"t have much to lose. By the time you go back to school, you can have made a big difference in your weight loss. I am a teacher too :)

EEK! Well that certainly puts things into perspective. I buy lean cuisine and weight watcher frozen meals. This makes me think twice. Not even joking....that could be a public announcement poster.

For lunches at work, I make chopped salads of fresh veggies like cukes, mushrooms, green onion, tomatoes, and sprouts. I package them up in tupperware containers. Then, I use Newmans Own Sesame Ginger low fat dressing...yummy! You could probably add some tuna (without the mayo) to the salad too :)

Wow....that is a lot to bear. Sorry to hear you experiencing such pain. It certainly is not easy. I would be glad to be a source of support :)

Your diary actually looks pretty good overall. I am assuming your a vegetarian since I did not see any meat listed. But, like you mentioned in an earlier post, you are getting your protein from the powder. Are you eating your meals in intervals, meaning every few hours you eat something (breakfast, midmorning snack, lunch,…

I think we get stuck with that 1200 calorie mentality and I guess we should actually eat more than that. According to ShapeFit, "The key is…

Cut coupons.....they REALLY do help with expenses :)

If I repeat anything others have said, I apologize. My first thoughts after reviewing your diary are that you are not eating enough calories. Your body will go into "starvation" mode. Try adding some "carbmaster" yogurt (low in carbs) as a midmorning snack or even a protein bar like snackwells ceral bar. They are priced…

Hey there ....I can certainly relate. I have decided to take measurements versus going by weight alone (especially if exercising). Muscle weighs more than fat, so that may be why you are not seeing a difference on the scale. Also, are you drinking water?
-
Oh yes....if you can cut down on the beer, you will see a big difference for sure.

I have had two children and each time had to lose about 50pounds each time. I am living proof it can be done. Did I tell you I love to eat too? So, it may take some discipline but I know you can do it:)

Nope, smaller is in nowadays :) Also, if having a smaller butt means also having smaller boobs.....I'm in!
