I agree with her. Diet is more important for weight loss. Iv been on a 1500cal diet from.last 2 months and lost around 14 kgs so far and still losing. Without any weight training. But i do walk for 30 min everyday. So it's diet for me

As far as you don't feel tired and hungry, it's fine. I am 5.11 and on under 1500 calorie intake from last 2 months. Lost about 14kgs so far. I eat apples when I feel hungry. So I think for a small girl like you , 1100 cal should be fine as long as you don't feel tired. Keep up the good work friend

I am 24years old n used to weight 91kgs one month ago . i am on strict diet from laat 25 to 30 days n have lost 9 kgs so far. i was losing more n fast before but now i am only losing like .80 to 1.0 kg per week.
