Ok. Let me see if I understand correctly. It will add a pound to my body but since there's no fat in it , I will NOT gain a pound of fat. Is this correct? Ok thanks. I like to eat vegetables as my last meal because they fill me up and it's not that many calories. But I wondered if I ate a pound of food but it was only like 150 calories was it still bad to eat a pound of food. Won't that add a pound to my body though?

Sorry it was actually ANDY CAPPS hot fries. I buy them at Walgreens. 50 fries/chips =120 calories. I love hot fries. lol

It was actually Toms Hot Fries. lol.. I always count the chips or crackers and I was very upset when the bag of raw unsalted almonds said 20 almonds was 180 calories because I LOVE nuts. I don't even think that sounds accurate but thats what the bag said. I'd rather not tease myself with nuts now. I get sliced or chopped…

Oh and if I take them to close to bedtime I can not go to sleep for anything. And they are 400 mg for each pill. A serving is 2 pills though.

I'm off to the grocery store. I want to try it now. Are there any veggies that aren't so great to eat when trying to lose weight? I've lost 9 and half pounds and 7 inches around my belly since June 3, 2012 doing P90. Plus light walking. I really like it.

I want to add that when using my watch, I have to check my heart rate about every ten minutes. It tells you to do this in the instruction manual so that the calorie count will be more acurate.

Wow! All the responses make me feel better. I can only jog about 1 minute and I'm out of breath and back walking. I'm a little embarrassed doing it in my neighborhood park. So many people are there. lol I'm glad to see that others started out as slowly as I am doing. Thanks.
