  • All true WoW players do.....lol. I got up this morning and got all my stuff done early and thought..."oh I can go run dailies real quick before the kids get up"....nope....stupid Tuesday!
  • I just do it. When the weather was nice we did a lot of walks. I put my 2 younger kiddos in the wagon(because we walked a long way and they aren't too fast...lol), pulling a 90lb wagon for 4-6 miles is a pretty good workout. If I'm doing a video, I usually have a kid or 2 doing it along with me or on me but I figure a kid…
  • lvl 90 BE paladin on azuremyst.
  • I am also breastfeeding(toddler not infant) but I have lost weight steadily and I do not count calories burned for breastfeeding(maybe because she's a toddler but it just seems high for me). Keep it simple, find the calories that work for you, exercise, and drink lots of water. I have had no problem with supply(though I…

  • I'm sorry you were met with so much negativity in the beginning of these comments, but it seems as if the supporters got on after them :). Great job. I'm glad you found something that works for you. It's such an amazing feeling to see the scale go down, the clothes get looser, the body changing. Congrats!
  • no dis-respect inteded at all but I would have to disagree here. My children ages 22months-almost 14 can be made to do a lot of things. I am their mother, they respect that fact and listen to me. When we go walking, they didn't want to go at first, but they had no choice. They went because I told them they had to. They may…
  • I don't have a lot of time so can't read all the responses but here's my experience. My oldest DD(13) is overweight. Her dr. ran tests to make sure there was no underlying problems(because she gained a lot quickly...puberty maybe?) But anyway, once I started getting healthier things started changing for everyone. I don't…
  • okay....do you have to do something to get notifications? I only get notification when I get a message. I wasn't aware people could write on my wall and then one day I'm looking at it and see comments from people. I felt bad because I never thought to look there. Hmmm...off to check out options.
  • I reply on the post. If it's not a general question or comment then I will respond in a PM or on their wall.
  • Great job Jenna. You are doing AMAZING!
  • You look WONDERFUL! You are doing so good.
  • I'm a SAHM to 5 from the ages of 22months-14years. I also homeschool the 3 school aged children so there's not a lot of free time during the week. But I make time. For me right now, I find the best time is when the youngest takes her nap. I like to work out on the treadmill and/or videos. Also when the weather is nice we…
  • lol....that's my hubby's technique as well, but I'm thinking I'll pass...lol :)
  • THANK YOU! I've heard of the dry shampoo but didn't know if it would take care of the sweaty odor. Wonderful, I will def. get some. Should I check the salon for that?
  • SODA! I used to drink 6-8 cans of soda a day and I drank nothing else at all. I have not had a soda since June 19th when I started this. Have no plans of drinking it again. I know it's not the devil but it's something I didn't have the will power to control so it is a no no for me.
  • Okay I loved Zelda, Final Fantasy, phantasy star, some old Street fighter and Mortal Kombat...but nothing has ever held my interest for as long as WoW has. Diablo 2 was a close second to WoW. I like old school games but gotta love WoW.
  • I needed this today. Thank you
  • If people are okay with seeing women in bikinis or half their boobs hanging out in low cut shirts then they should not have a problem seeing a pic of a child breastfeeding. If they do they are hypocrites in my opinion. I breastfeed and have breast fed 4 other children. If I was nursing in public you would have no idea…
  • Made this last night: I have a big family so don't mind the big numbers. 11 servings( 1cup each) 11 cups cooked spaghetti squash(I boil mine) 11 2oz servings of chicken(called for grilled but it's cold out so I boiled) I sauted garlic in 3T butter(out of olive oil) then added squash and continuted to saute added 1.5 cups…
  • Height: 5'4" HW 264.8 on June 19, 2012 CW 212 on October 8, 2012 GW first goal is to be under 200, after that....I don't know, there is no magic number or size for me. I just need and want to be healthy and NOT obese. Lightest----lol...obviously 7lbs at birth...but no really I am currently the lighest I have been my entire…
  • me me me! I have an amazing husband. In just a few weeks(the 2nd) we will be celebrating 19 years together and 16 married. He is my best friend in the world. We have been through hell and back and refuse to ever quit on each other. Is he perfect, nope, am I, nope but we are perfect together! We have 5 amazing children…
  • ugh, that would be frustrating. I find a lot of things can influence your levels but mainly hormonal changes(IMO), ie. when I'm pregnant(all 5 times) my levels were good enough to not be on any medication, however as soon as I have baby my levels go crazy again. Weird. I know that if your medication is too high it could…
  • Thank you all....we are having baked apples tonight or tomorrow(it's getting late here) but found a recipe that doesn't use butter or sugar so hopefully it's good :) If it is then I will share the recipe on here as well.
  • Oh wow...that looks yummy, I can't do milk(lactose issues) but I bet it would be fine to substitute with my almond milk.
  • I'm doing it as well. This is my second attempt as a broken toe stopped me last time. But the first cpl days are the hardest. After the 1st day I was so sore I couldn't sit on the toilet(had to throw myself down...lol) I don't think her stretches are nearly enough. My hubby taught me some better stretches and that helped A…
  • Great job. You look wonderful.
  • WTG!. What an awesome start to the day.
  • he wasn't my first boyfriend but we were high school sweethearts. We've been together 19years, married for 16 and have 5 children together. We've had our share of ups and downs but know that marriage takes work and aren't afraid of putting in that work. We are still very much in love.
