down 74 lbs

I am not sure how long it took me to lose the weight because I honestly never started trying to lose weight until recently, in the before picture I am approximately 240lbs. in the after picture I am approximately 167lbs. I want to lose about 30-20 more, hopefully I will be in the 150s by the end of this year! I am 5'8". I am not sure how to add pictures into my post so I will have to include the link, sorry, hopefully this will not discourage anyone from viewing my progress!
