  • I got my 3lb weights at Canadian Tire, and they were $3.50 each. They're super cute which makes me want to use them - they are bright orange and smooth and harmless looking.   • I rested on the days I played squash this week - Wednesday and Friday. I do that in the morning so I still felt like it was a rest day since I didn't work out after work. I walk about 40 minutes a day to get to work and back too, so the days don't feel like lost ground.
