That's really not a fair way to put it. It is not as simple as willpower... though it does come down to that eventually. It is a psychological disorder. 25, could use an accountability/talk out of cravings buddy as well. Message me if you'd like!

In the mirror I almost never noticed a difference when I lost weight, due to seeing myself every day. In photos is where I saw the difference! If someone took a photo of me and I saw it and thought whoa - I look good! Then compare it to photos from before. They help.

I work at Trader Joe's - enough said! Samples, tastings, holiday items right now. Oy.

Feel free to add me as well. I did so well with my weight loss on here last summer and then again last fall but I ALWAYS fall back into bingeing...would love to have friends where we can hold each other accountable.

I have/had this problem. I made a whole list of things I can do instead of eat. Yoga, read, walk my dog, teach him something new, go on Facebook, Pinterest, here. Draw, take a walk, take a bath, take a hot shower. Whatever applies to you! I also allow myself to have some of those items I would get really excited about-…

I would really like to be a part of this! I was doing really well in the summer and then went on vacation and stopped logging and gained weight back- I would really benefit from another reason to 'check-in' with a group- it helped immensely. I am happy to encourage others and I find myself trying to relate- I always look…

I have been going at my own pace. I did Week 1 intervals for about 2 weeks and just started Week 2 time intervals. I am REALLY bad about not breathing when I work out...I hold my breath...so working on my breathing has been a challenge.

I do yoga and weights and general activities such as biking, kayaking, hiking. If I know I will be very active, I plan my C25K day around my schedule that week so I don't over-exert.
