  • wow had a lazy day today just miserable outside. I did work our for over an hour but i ate 3 chicken wraps today and fruit 1 for dinner and 2 for supper. my calories were under by a little bit but is it a good idea to eat the same thing even though you are not going over your allotted amount?

  • You are so right I was making this difficult for myself i was finding i was stressing a little but now im good to go. I think the key is portion control, and i am finding i am having no problem with that and the biggest part of it all you have to be in the right state of mind and want to do it for yourself.
