  • Thanks to all of you. I am now a firm believer that we can all do anything we set our minds to. A year ago I didn't have the same view of life that I do now.
  • I LOVE YOU AND I AM PROUD OF YOU TOO!!!
  • I wouldn't wear heels because I was afraid to break them plus it really just hurt to walk on them for more than a few minutes.
  • Wow, I hope they figure out what is wrong, and fast. Sounds like the idea of seeing a nutrionist wouldn't be a bad idea. I know where you are coming from saying you have a hard time eating as many calories as you need to, because I too feel like I am always eating and with all the water I drink on top of it I always feel…
  • I'd only worry if your pee was dark or non-existent. The more you drink, the more you will have to go, naturally- but it is a good thing. When you "go" you're detoxifying your body from the inside out and flushing not just toxins but fat and cholesterol. Trust me that you're not alone here...today I had to run to about 3…
  • Wow. Awesome results. Keep up the good work.
  • Oh I don't go fast on the steep incline. And when I say holding on it is because I am holding my back straight and pulling in my stomach. No danger of falling off but afraid my phone would fall.
  • I listen to Pandora and read on Kindle for Android while I am working out some days. Not on the arc trainer, just music for that cause I think I would drop my phone because of the setup. And not usually on the treadmill because I am on a steep incline and am busy holding myself in position lol. But I do read while on the…
  • Thanks Nik! I just fixed it. If I stayed under 27g like it was telling me to I would crash and burn by lunch time. I don't eat tons of sugar. No soda, very little alcohol and sweets. I do need carbs though and unfortunately with carbs, complex or not comes sugar. Hell my high fiber oatmeal and plain Greek yogurt could…
  • I just got over mine and the scale hasn't moved this week for me either. I've been kicking my own *kitten* at the gym, drinking tons of water and I have never gone over my calories. I guess I should be happy the scale didn't go up, but I get discouraged when it doesn't go down.
  • I have 5. I'm sure at some point I will have 6.
  • For me I think it would be the fact that no matter what I have ever weighed, my mom (who has always been heavier than me), has always said, "If you lost another 20lbs you'd look great." Even six years back, when I had lost somewhere in the (estimated) vicinity of 80-100lbs, she still said it to me. There I was thinking I…
  • Amazing! You look great and I am sure you feel even better. Keep up the good work. What an inspiration!
  • For me, it is usually because the laces are too tight on the instep of my foot. My dr said it is nothing to worry about, I just have a high instep and should loosen the laces in my shoes every so often because the middle section of eyelets tend to get too tight over time and usually people only loosen the top one or two…
  • I completely agree with that. Some of the serving sizes are a little out of whack. Take a darn normal portion and give the calories on that, not the smallest divisible amount to make it look better. lol
  • Add me a friend too. I have been using this app for a few months and just recently started using the website too (since being able to go back to the gym after back surgery). I find it really helpful and I'm always looking for more friends to keep me motivated.
  • Hi back. I am new to the site, but I have been using the app on my phone for a few months. It's a great tool and I reccomend it to all my friends. Anyhow, good luck with whatever goals you have set. -E
