First, buy Silk brand. Dairy contains hormones, antibiotics, both of which cause you harm. Cows Milk also contains milk sugars, another unhealthy ingredient. There is no reason for humans to drink it.

You need fats, especially for your Brain, and making Hormones. Also, by raising healthy fats, you can lower unhealthy processed/refined carbs. A win-win situation. :)

Yes - usually dietary fat will be used before body fat. That's why there is a careful balance. Eating too much fat can cause less body fat to be burned because the dietary fat must be burned first.

You need at least an extra 400 cals/day to breastfeed! Don't overdo the exercise - reducing carbs to 100 grams/day is your best ticket to FAT loss. :)

The only cardio you need to do, is HIIT sprint 8, 20 mins, twice a week. Pump iron heavy, twice a week.

Alcohol halts fat burning, and implements fat storage for 48-72 hours after consumption. Does'nt fit real well with the goal of Keto, which is to burn fat.

Yep - drinking is just plain bad, all the way around. I gave it up many, many years ago. :)

Protein window is important, and lasts for 20-30 mins post workout. Take 20-30 grams during this time to help prevent muscle loss and aid in repair.
