I'm on day 2 of Insanity. I'm about 30 pounds away from my goal. I just finished 20 weeks of Turbofire and I think ít was definitely a good preparation for Insanity. I've only done the fit test and plyometric cardio circuit but I feel confident that I can complete the program:-)

I bought a Nordic Track Incline Trainer a few years ago. Awesome investment. Goes up to 40 % incline. I'm sure they have an updated version now.

I don't log vitamins, stevia or gum. I also don't usually log ketchup, mustard, A1, or hot sauce because I don't use very much.
-
Doing my own version. Regular Turbofire schedule plus CLX strength only workouts 3 days a week. Currently in wk 12 of Turbofire and week 7 of CLX. I've been consistently losing an average of 2-3 pounds a week.

Hi. I'm am a Coca-Cola lover. I used to drink several 20 ounces daily. When I started my journey I decided to stick to my allotted calories and quickly realized that I'd rather eat my calories than drink them. I set rules for my coke intake. One was that I can only drink Coke ice cold from the refrigerator--no ice added…

I started my weightloss journey with 110 pounds to lose. I've lost 67 pounds so far. I started Chalean extreme (just the circuit classes only 3 days a week) about a month ago while continuing my regular Turbofire workout. I feel stronger already so I hope this means I'm preserving some lean muscle mass even though I eat at…

Hopefully not too many because we like to have our New Years meal around midnight. Collard Greens, blackeyed peas, cornbread, sweet potatoes, meat on the grill. Prefer to eat my calories instead of drinking them for New Years ;)

That dog is better than me...LOL

I read New rules of lifting for women but I'm completely unfamiliar with strength training and needed more guidance. I got Chalean. Extreme two weeks ago and have been happy so far. I feel stronger already if that's possible;)

Starting my eighth week now and I love it! I feel so much stronger and it seems like something I'll be able to continue to find challenging even as my fitness improves. I didn't lose any weight the first two weeks but over the past two months I've lost 20 pounds. Unfortunately I didn't take any before measurements. Two…

I was tired of being fat. I was just getting bigger and bigger. I am pushing 40 and that's the time when people end up getting sick. TMI but when you get so big that you feel like it's a struggle to reach around and wipe your @$$ after you use the bathroom then you are entirely too big. My 82 year old Grandma said she…

I may be weird but I also like to chop it up and add it to a bowl of soup sometimes.
-
I usually either do guacamole, or mash it on the bread of a sandwich instead of mayo.
-
I went over my calories on Christmas day but other than that I did pretty well so far. The month isn't over and my birthday is coming up so we'll see how the rest of it goes ;)
-
Greetings! Just checking in. I weighed in at 194 pounds today. The scale moved down two pounds. Yay! Hope everyone is doing well!

I've been taking the gummy B Complex by Vitafusion. I'm not sure if I really have more energy or I just think I do because they taste like candy. LOL.

Greetings everyone! Today is my weigh in and I came in at 196 pounds again--same as last week ;/ I've come to recognize a pattern of losing about 2-3 pounds a week for three weeks, then losing 0-1 pound for the fourth week. TMI but it may be TOM related. Anyhow--I will keep at it (Turbofire & watching what I eat) and see…

Congrats everyone! Thanks for the support as well. I am slacking. Forgot to post this Thursday again. Haven't been on my computer much. Anywho I weighed in at 196 this week. (My goal for Christmas was 200 lbs. WooHoo!) I've decided to have a goalless December so I will continue on as usual and see where I end up at the end…

Sorry, I'm no help. I tend to go a little overboard on the strangest things during that time of the month, like rice?? who eats too much rice LOL, and chocolate almond butter. My cravings usually only last a couple days though. I make sure to drink extra water and to make sure I get my exercise in no matter what--even if…

Welcome to MFP! It definitely helps to have a supportive significant other. ;) Work out together, plan/prepare new healthy meals together. Find healthier substitutes for "junk foods" that you like. Don't deny all your cravings. Find a healthier substitute or eat just a smaller amount if you can. This is a lifestyle change…
