Hi ladies!
My weigh in was Thursday. Just popping in with an update--I weighed in at 199 pounds. I finally made it to Onederland and passed my official December goal weight of 200 pounds. WooHoo. This means I need to set a new goal--still thinking about this. I don't know if I want to push myself to try and lose another 10 pounds this month, or relax just a little to enjoy Christmas and my birthday and New Years. Gotta have the greens and black-eyed peas of course and you can't have those without cornbreadWe'll see because if I slack off even a little it may turn into a nasty habit. Decisions, decisions. At any rate I will keep doing Turbofire at the very least.
Hope your journey is going well. We're in the home stretch of this challenge. Keep pushing!I'm in! I started my journey about a month ago with 110 pounds to lose. I am 5'4".

You are doing awesome! You're so right about this being a lifestyle change. I have definitely accepted it as such which for me means there will be an occassional day when I have fried chicken for brunch and dinner and chocolate chip cookies in the same dayUpdate: Currently 172 from starting weight of 206. I will not make my goal of 155 by the end of the chanallenge but I will continue. I had my set backs and went through weeks of not losing or losing a small amount to put back on. I think I have finally got the formula, mind set and dedtermination to reach my goal weight and keep it off through continued diet and exericise. This is a lifestyle change not a diet. So happy I'm doing this for me.0

I believe I have officially hit a plateau. No matter how much I work out or watch my calories, the scale barely moves. Or if is does move, it goes up and down +/- 3 lbs. So frustrating :explode:
I will not give up. I am going to try increasing( yes I said increase) my calories this month to see if maybe I am not eating enough calories. Feels so wrong!0 -

Greetings everyone! Today is my weigh in and I came in at 196 pounds again--same as last week ;/
I've come to recognize a pattern of losing about 2-3 pounds a week for three weeks, then losing 0-1 pound for the fourth week. TMI but it may be TOM related. Anyhow--I will keep at it (Turbofire & watching what I eat) and see what happens next week.

I've had such an AWFUL time over the past two weeks Every time I hopped on the scale the number kept going UP! I weighed in at 294, but was too distraught to post it here. I'm going to chalk it up as water weight. There's NO WAY I ate enough to gain 12 pounds in two weeks! I guess stress plays a bigger role than I thought. Well so far I'm back down to 282.6. I think I have a better chance at losing the two pounds now that I'm on break from college. :happy:0 -
I will try to lose 5lb by Xmas. I have decreased my calories, increased my meals and water intake. A Christmas Challenge sounds like just what I need to help me avoid the cookies and the buns in the mall.0

Ok y'all! Here is my official weight for the end of 2012 and the beginning of 2013: 279.2 pounds!!! I have lost a total of 51.8 pounds since 7/12/12. I went from wearing size 30 pants to size 24 and from size 30/32 dresses to size 22/24 and from size 28 shirts to size 22.
