  • Yea that is what I was wondering if its supposed to be 1g for every lb you weigh. If so that will be over double what I have been currently consuming. Also, what would be the best ideas to get that much protein. I already eat Greek Yogurt and have lean protein like chicken almost every day.
  • You can try peanuts or almonds in the mid afternoon for a snack instead. The protein will help you feeling full and give you a boost in your energy.

  • If its available to you where you are working out on your treadmill, I find that watching a movie really helps to keep your mind off the running and you can go a lot further because you are into the movie and not thinking too much.
  • I like to have greek yogurt with some fresh berries and an apple or bananna. Very healthy and good source of protein.
