I went from new balance 860 v3 with a heel drop of 11.4mm to Mizuno wave inspire with a heel drop of 12mm so a 6mm change seems significant to me. Unfortunately as I thought I could work through it I have gone past my return date so that's not an option

Can anyone reconmend a vaping brand? I'm based in the UK and want to quit without commiting an atrocity

You sound like your applying for the police in the UK because the process sounds simular to what I experienced. ( not in the police force but did apply but a pre existing health problem barred me). When I was applying it was 5.2 on the bleep test but that was nearly a decade ago. There are recruitment forums around for the…

I have bipolar and personally I find that social media helps my social life. Sometimes I retreat from the world when I'm ill and I think without social media it would be easy for me to disappear totally. I can stay connected to people without the pressure of actively socialising. For me I think it has stopped me being as…

I'm bipolar so on an antipsychotic (quetiapine). Initially with the extra cravings and low mood plus feeling like a zombie I piled on 24 lbs but once the dose got lowered I was able to get a handle on things and have lost 40 lbs. Exercise is going to be your best friend here. It will give you more calories to eat, distract…

I just finished c25k and completed my first 5k. The program is awesome. I'm in the UK but not running right now due to surgery but will be back on it as soon as I can. Feel free to add me

Why is getting some pro advice not an option? I found that I couldn't get healthy before I had my head straight and that required professional help. No shame in that.

I had gallbladder surgery today and when they were doing my observations just before surgery the anaesthetive asked me if I was big into working out. I gave a big smile and said yes but asked how she could tell. She said it was because my resting heart rate was so low (51). We then chatted about lifting and crossfit before…

I got gestational diabetes when I was pregnant. Before this I had no idea how much a weighed and my partner always assured me I wasn't fat. My weight had an impact on my unborn child, could have killed her and was a massive wake up call for me. After I had my daughter born healthy and beautiful with a full head of hair and…

As someone with bipolar your post resonated with me. My fiance used to have to prep talk when I started c25k and each week i went up a level so the fact that you done it by yourself is awesome. You've got this girl! feel free to friend me

I'm living in Wales so sharing the miserable weather. We've had our summer for this year. I believe it was a Wednesday. I run along a tree lined canal so it's nice and shaded
