I go all the way around the outside isles of the store trying to stay far away from the middle isles except for frozen veggies and fruit for dinner/ smoothies and nuts and seeds! =]

The better you know the moves to the songs the better burn you will get..... if there is any time in between songs keep moving to not let your heart rate drop..... How about swimming? You can burn lots of cals doign that maybe at a gym or something. Or maybe a circut training just lifting weights.... or Yoga.... Dont feel defeated! YOU CAN DO IT!

you can get a body bug/ heart rate monitor at Walmart or somewhere like that for like $20-25 you should get one even machines that tell you what you have burned are not always right! Thise things are alife saver for someone doing all sorts of exercising. Good luck

You are drink exactly double the amount of water you should be drinking. They say drink half your body wieght in Oz of water so if you weigh 210 you should be drinking 105 oz of water per day. I do believe this should make you a littlre more hungry so you can eat all your cals. Good luck!

Welcome, if I have any advice for you dont cheat on what you are inputing.... make sure everything that goes in your mouth gets put into your database. There are so many great motivators on this site. You will be dropping pounds in no time!

Well my plan is, I participate in Zumba 3 days/ week and go tot he gym on my off days! I have completely changed my diet and and currently drinking 70 ozs of water a day and need to get it to 100 ozs
