  • I don't eat this often but I live a good omlet. I'll spray some olive oil in a fry pan and fry all veggies. Some onion, mushrooms, peppers. Take that out and put on my plate.   • I know how you feel. I too just got back on here since I joined forever ago. I need motivation as well. If you want we could keep each other motivated to push harder and keep each other accountable. I just joined a challenge that is 13 weeks long and am only on day 2 getting back with it.   • Well I was going to do more than this but came down with bronchitis so I was really disappointe d I couldn't workout when I woke. I am hopefully going to make up for it tomorrow. I did complete my challenge workout though. Challenge exercise done 12 cups of water Good job everyone!!!!
