I like the idea of the group and having everyone wanting to be apart of this but I'm not sure what this really is. No one is really saying what the basis is or how to join. Anyone have an idea or just want to lose weight, which isn't bad just wondering here.

I'm a mom of 3 boys and I was prepping for a bit there but have been slacking lately. I would make a cookie sheet of broiled chicken breast on a rack in the sheet and a cookie sheet of veggies. It would make about 8 lunches for or work. I would also make a couple dishes of spaghetti or a big portion of whatever my kids…

Starting weight: 141.4 Goal weight 130 Tuesday 1st: 140.2 Tuesday 8th: 138.2this last week has been challenging but somehow I seemed to lose a bit. I haven't been lifting like planned but my food has improved. :p Tuesday 15th: Tuesday 22nd: Tuesday 29th My goals for the next week are to wake up and get my workouts in early.
