    7/31 205lbs. Desperately want to get out of the 200's.
    8/1 203lbs. Feeling a little better to finally drop a couple. Its been a loooooong time since the number went
    down.

    8/2 203.3lbs. Shouldn't have ate dinner at 8pm last night. Busted butt and hit 17,000 steps. Hoped it would show more.

    Cyranda, this is just so perfect. 10 days. More than a week but not so long as two, or a month, or now-until-Christmas as so many other challenges are. Just the right length of time. And how we dutifully have come to read each other's daily struggles! Such an important sense of community! I'm in for the duration!
    Round 8/1: HW 274 LW 269.8 MidW = 271.9
    Round 9/2: HW 269.4 LW 266.8 MidW=268.1
    Round 10/3: HW 269 LW 266.4 MidW = 267.7
    Round 11/4: HW 267.4 LW 264.2 MidW = 265.8
    My goal this round is to go without Chinese take-out for 10 straight days since it really only is a lazy, I-don't-want-to-cook-tonight response and it represents a day without counting. And to exercise at least twice.
    8/1 264.8 -- Starting out this challenge with something approaching the low weight of round 11. Let's go down from here!

    8/2 264.2 -- Excellent. Paying attention pays off. CICO rocks!

    Hello, just saw this board and I want to join.
    Starting weight: 189.6 (Aug. 1, 2017)
    Lowest weight: 173.0 (March 2016)
    Goal weight: 170.00 (per doctor)
    I have had success logging my food in the past. Been on vacay and got really slack. I am committed to do this again. I weigh myself every morning.

    8/1 - 164.4 - good day food and movement wise yesterday
    8/2 - 165.5 - Well...poop. What the hell?! I have no clue where that lb came from.
