First challenge for me, too.
I lost 50 pounds three years ago. I have gained 37 of them back. It is really hard to say that. I am owning it now. I actually got too thin and could not maintain. 150 is my sweet spot and ultimate goal (and how much I weighed in my profile pic), but I'd be happy to lose just one pound and have it stick!
8/1 174 Went run/walking with my dog this morning. I used to run a lot more but am currently recovering from a bad case of plantar fasciitis. I am doing the couch to 10K app and I am on week 4. Small victories!
