I didn't actually mean cutting out veg etc.. i couldn't survive without vegetables. Maybe i didn't explain myself well enough, i mean cutting out bread, rice, cous cous, pasta etc.. Not carbs such as veg, nuts and some fruits like bananas

I'm still eating veg and nuts, but i've been told to cut out things like bread, rice and potatoes?

Thank you, and its one of the worst things i could have possibly done, but chocolate and crisps seemed to make revision easier over fruit!! How have you managed to lose your 80lbs?

Oh my!!! Just done level two day one today!! I think its going to kill me! Aaaaaah!! 11 down 19 to go! I cant wait to move onto her other DVD's and to buy smaller clothes!! :bigsmile: :bigsmile: :bigsmile:
