Help please!!

Hello everyone!!
I originally did the 30ds and lost about a dress size (yay) and begun on Insanity, but due to exams i stopped as i was becoming too tired and it was taking an hour which i didn't have away from revision. I also stress ate and but some of the lost inches, back on
I'm currently doing the 30ds again, but my question is..
Do i do insanity as well, say the 30ds in the morning as well as insanity at night OR
Do i do the 30ds twice a day???
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi there! If you do decide to do doubles you should definitely be careful to avoid injury. I am a "recovering stress eater" as well. In the past 2 years I have lost 80 pounds. I would love to help encourage you on your fitness journey. Add me if you are interested.
Thank you, and its one of the worst things i could have possibly done, but chocolate and crisps seemed to make revision easier over fruit!!
