I make scrambled eggs the night before and heat them in the morning for 30 in microwave. I work out in the morning so I already get up early.

Day 9 today, soreness is all gone and I'm feeling great, staying within my calorie limit and I'm down 2 pounds.

5:45 am 6 days a week. I have only been doing it for 8 days but it seems to work for me and then I have no excuse.

Tomorrow will be day 9 for me with Insanity. I bombed the fitness test and could hardly walk by day 3. The day after rest day was very ruff but I also was feeling alittle under the weather.
