i feel very overwhelmed

I know it can very hard not to feel overwhelmed sometimes, believe me I have been there. I would say keep pressing on. If you like I wouldn't mind taking a look at your food diary. It could be something very simple that needs to be tweaked or to find that right combo that will get your body moving0

I totally understand how you are feeling. Today was day 6 of insanity, counting calories (staying under my 1500) and drinking plenty of water and I get on the scale and I gained 1.5 pounds. I think I have sweated that much each day in my workouts. Everyone is telling me that its not the number on the scale that matters its how you feel. So I have put the scale away and continue with what I have been doing because I know its way better then what I was doing before..Good luck and stay postive:)0
