My DH knows exactly how much I weigh and has known for the last 9+ years I've been with him. We usually weigh in together.

I'm losing weight so that I'll have an easier time getting pregnant, staying pregnant/healthy pregnancy and so that I'm just healthier in general. My starting weight was 249lbs and now Im down to 183 (end goal is around 150lbs (I'm 5'10"))

I would recommend loosing a pound or two a week not per day.

I almost always look at the menu online first and check the MFP database for anything I would want to eat and make sure that it fits in my daily calories. I would still eat a light breakfast/lunch but save most of your calories for dinner. Happy Birthday (and I still celebrate my birthdays at 32 so you're never too old.)

Here too. I buy the fat free plain Fage and add whatever I want to it. Either Kashi cereal, fruit, Mexican vanilla, or Agave.

Check out the tall women group (they have some good discussions about how sizes are different for us tall women). I think part of the issue is that since you are so tall, you can loose more than someone that is 5'5" and still be the same size whereas since they don't have as tall of a frame they will more than likely be…

I went over yesterday as well. Today was my weigh in day and I'm still down .5lbs from last week.

I went to the store yesterday with my DH and my sandels kept falling off. My DH thinks its rubbish as well that my feet are getting smaller.

For me, knowing that I'll have a healthier pregnancy and hopefully easier time TTC if I lose the weight beforehand keeps me very motivated.

I'm 5'10", 187lbs. I want to get down to somewhere between 150 and 160.

5'10" 187lbs and size 14 (which are getting very loose.) Hoping to get to a size 8.

I'm 5'10" and started out at 249. Still have a ways to go. If I can do it, you can too. One thing that helped me was to make little goals along the way. Ex: When I was 249 my first goal was 225, than under 200, now its to get to my healthy BMI of 174, and hopefully down to the 150s.

Making these tonight but doing 50% fat free cream cheese - 50% fat free Mex cheese, adding scallions, and using Jennie-O Extra Lean Turkey Bacon.
