I did the detox and then about a week of the program before I fell off the wagon... at the point when I did fall off the wagon I had lost just over a stone and also felt great. I have just started a detox again in order to get back on it :)

Thanks for all your feedback guys! i have sponateously signed up for a half-marathon in 6 (training) weeks time... so I will temporarily be taking my focus away from speed and focussing more on distance (certainly for the longer runs)... but I dare say, pushing more distance and more frequently will also increase my speed

Thank you SmerKord. I keep meaning to incorporate more interval training into my runs, so this may be the way forward. One day this weekend, when I have time I am going to set out and just run until I can't run any more.. I want to see how for I can go now, so I can assess how much further I need to get.

I currently run 4-6 days a week, but I also do other sports such as pole fitness, rugby and gym. On days where I dont have any other work out's planned, I run 10k+, but on days where I have other sports, I may only run 5-10k. The most I've ever lost in one week was 13lb, but that was on week 1 of a keto plan so very extreme.
